My skin is like teenage skin since I've become pregnant; I can't get rid of the zits. What is safe to use on my skin?

Acne often gets worse in pregnancy as your skin becomes more greasy. You can use most local cleansing and antiseptic solutions, but can't use tablets or treatments containing antibiotics based on tetracyclines (such as minocycline) or retinoic acid (vitamin A) derivatives. These can potentially harm the baby-especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.
