When I wake up in the night I have pains between my shoulder blades and inside my chest, but it goes when I get up. Is it something to worry about?

Probably not-it's most likely musculo-skeletal pain, especially if it gets better when you change position or stand up. This is not serious. However, if you have chest pain that gets worse when you breathe in deeply, and makes you catch your breath-or if you are short of breath-then you should see your doctor.
