If you have bad hypermesis (morning sickness) then being sick can cause you to have very small tears in-or inflammation of-the lining of your oesophagus (tube from your mouth to stomach). Usually then you have a little fresh blood streaking what you vomit up; this is not likely to be dangerous. If you have a lot of fresh blood-or what you bring up is dark brown-like coffee grounds, then you should seek medical advice immediately as you could be bleeding into your stomach.
