Is it normal at night to have both arms go numb while sleeping?

Yes, it is quite common-particularly in the last few weeks of pregnancy, to feel your forearm go numb, and your fingers may also feel tingly or a little weak. It is because of the pressure of your tissues, which swell in pregnancy, pressing against the nerves. It isn't dangerous and will go after baby is born, but may take a few weeks.
