I'm 29 weeks and I think I have a pile inside my vagina-is this normal?

It is quite possible to have a pile-which is a dilated or swollen vein-that seems to stand out from the side of your vulva or vagina; it may be uncomfortable and may be a bluish colour. Technically known as a vulvo-vaginal varicosity, they aren't dangerous and usually gradually disappear within a few weeks-or at most a month or two, after you've had the baby.
