We just had a stillbirth at 36 weeks and the baby was diagnosed with Down's syndrome. I'm 27 and we are considering another pregnancy. What are our risks of having another baby with Down's?

We are very sorry to hear about what happened. In a future pregnancy, you have a very good chance of baby not having Down's and a very low chance of stillbirth occurring. But having had a Down's affected pregnancy, your risk of having a baby with Down's in a future pregnancy does go up a little: this is normally calculated by adding 0.75% (less than 1 in a hundred risk) to your 'starting risk' based on your age, which at 27 is about 0.1%. So your risk, taking both factors into account, is still less than 1%, and this risk can be further finessed with screening tests such as the nuchal scan with biochemistry.
