I am 34 weeks and only mesure 30cm. Can something be wrong?

Using SFH (symphysis fundal height) measurement, the height of your womb after 26 weeks is normally equivalent to the number of weeks of pregnancy, +/- 2cm. So it would be usual, given the difference of 4cm in your measurement, that you would have a scan to check baby's size.
