No, there is no such wonder pill. There is, however, a drug called clomiphene that can induce ovulation (egg production) if you are not able to ovulate. This does not make normally fertile women more likely to get pregnant. But it does significantly increase the risk of twins, triplets and higher order multiple pregnancies so is not recommended unless used under close medical supervision.
