I''m pregnant and have a vaginal yeast infection, what should I do?

Yeast (most commonly candida) vaginal infections are very common in pregnancy. If it is causing discomfort and discharge, it can be treated with antifungal creams and pessaries, but the condition so commonly recurs that your doctor may not always prescribe treatment. It is very unlikely to be harmful to your pregnancy or baby.
