I worry all the time . about everything. I feel like I have become someone else, what can I do?

It is normal to worry; particularly about things you know little about and are beyond your control. Much to do with pregnancy will fall into these categories at the start, and as things become more familiar much of the anxiety will settle. Be sure to use your midwife and doctor as resources for the information that will assist this. It is also a good idea to express such feelings, do not keep it bottled up, because these feelings will just get worse. Talk to family, friends, a midwife, doctor or even another mum you meet at parent education classes, you could compare notes and find you''re no different from other mothers.
