Are their any over the counter drugs I can take to regulate my periods?

No-if you want your periods to be regular, then these drugs can affect your chances of getting pregnant. The most commonly prescribed one is, in fact, the combined oral contraceptive pill! There are druges that can be given to allow you to ovulate more regularly, but you must see your doctor about this.
