Three weeks ago, I had an ultrasound saying that I was 7 weeks. I should now be 10 weeks, but on the scan today my baby is measuring 14 weeks. Could an ultrasound be that wrong?

Don''t blame the ultrasound machine! The most likely explanation for this is human error in either measuring your baby on scan, or plotting the measurements. A four week difference in size in early pregnancy is just not possible. If you remain confused, a further (independent) scan in a few days may settle the issue.
