I miscarried four weeks ago, but still feel pregnant. How quickly is it possible to conceive after a miscarriage?

It usually takes at least 3 months before you start ovulating again after having a baby or a pregnancy loss, so you would be very unlikely to get pregnant within a month. It is possible to still feel pregnant, however, for a few days as pregnancy hormones are still circulating. If there is still some placental tisue remaining in your womb (known as ''retained products'') then you can feel pregnant for some weeks until it is passed naturally, or if you continue to have troublesome vaginal bleeding then you may need a small operation to remove these fragments.
