I'm 36 wks and my baby's breech. Can I have the baby turned (external cephalic version-ECV) even if I've had a previous Caesarean?

Having a 'scar' on your womb from the previous Caesarean does weaken the muscle to some extent. It is for this reason that most obstetricians would not perform ECV if you've had a Caesarean before. The absolute risk of rupturing the scar must, however, be quite small although no one is quite sure of the risk.
