I hate the look of myself now I’m pregnant, I have no waist and feel huge, will I loose it all?

We live in a society which conveys the message ‘thin is good’. It is very hard therefore to grow bigger weekly and change to a shape which is so different from the norm that often it can be distressing. This is something which you yourself will be aware of, but which can be made much worse by the insensitive comments of others. Try to remember that it is for your baby’s well-being and needs only last for 9 months, after which you can do something about it. If you follow a healthy balanced diet before during and after, you will go back to your ‘normal’ size and shape.
