I have an excessive amount of red blood cells in my urine. Could I be pregnant?

Red blood cells in urine are not a sign of being pregnant. they can be a sign of urine infection, inflammation of your bladder and/or kidneys, or ''contamination'' of the urine specimen perhaps from unrecognized vaginal bleeding. There are rarer causes, too. A specimen of urine should be sent to the microbiology laboratory to rule out an infection, and you should see your doctor.
