I''m 46 and my periods don''t come regularly. What are the chances of getting pregnant after my cycle stops?

Your chances are low, but not non existent. It is possible that you could get pregnant even without having a period-your ovary can still release eggs (ovulate). You are therefore still advised to use contraception for up to a year after your periods have stopped.
