Can I be pregnant if I was only on my period for one day and it has always normally lasted about 6 or 7 days?

The answer is yes-if you ovulated the month preceding this period, you could get pregnant that month. But your one day period may actually represent an implantation bleed, which is slight light bleeding as the embryo anchors itself to the womb, rather than a true period! Try doing a pregnancy test if you were trying for a baby.
