I had my left fallopian tube removed due to a tubal pregnancy. what are my chances of conceiving again with only 1 fallopian tube? And is there any type of medication that can force my right side to ovulate each month?

Your fertility is slightly reduced (by up to 30%), but assuming that the other tube is OK then you still have a reasonably good chance of getting pregnant again. No medication will force the right ovary to ovulate on its own...you can still get pregnant from an egg produced in the left ovary migrating to the right tube! Your risk of ectopic pregnancy, if you do get pregnant, is higher so you should contact your doctor if you are pregnant.
