Will I be allowed to go to special care to see my baby?

Yes, this will be encouraged as soon as you feel up to it. Although there are some things done for and to your baby that you will not be involved in, there is much the staff will want you to do with your baby as well. This might include expressing milk and cuddling baby if you can, depending on how ill baby is.
