My baby is very spotty, what''s wrong?

Nothing, this is due baby''s hormones which take a while to settle down after birth. As well as this, everything in the air is new to you baby''s sensitive skin. If the spots are little white ones these are ''milea'', and will fade. If the spots look as if they are infected (yellow) clean them with cool boiled water, and put some breast milk on them as there are antibiotics in breast milk. Tell your midwife if they persist.
