Do I need to give my baby both breasts at all feeds?

No, the milk in each breast starts off rich, full of fat and calories and tails off more watery and thirst quenching. So your baby has had a complete feed from one. However most babies can take the contents of both breasts at a feed. If they still seem restless after one, keep going with the other...if your baby seems to have nodded off, consider that they have had enough and that you have loads of milk.
