She will want to know you are recovering from the birth, and coping with being a new mum. Any gaps and she will try to help. She will question you about feeding, bleeding, stitches, any swelling, weeing/pooing, eating, drinking, sleeping and generally how you think you are coping. She will check your blood pressure, temperature, pulse, wounds, clots or any problems as necessary. She will show you how to do the things that you tell her you are unsure of. |
