Can I still lie on my back to sleep?

This can be a problem mid-pregnancy, because up until this, ''the bump'' allows to to sleep in this way if it is what you are used to. After this it becomes more difficult, so lie on your back for as long as is comfortable. Lying on your side is less likely to make you feel faint, because your pregnancy is not pressing on the major blood vessels passing to and from your lower body to your heart.
