I don''t know how to look after a baby ... I''m scared ... what will happen if I don''t know what to do?

It''s the fear of the unknown again. The staff on the ward are there to show you how to do all those things you are not sure of...they will show you, then watch you do it and leave you to get on with it when you feel confident. It''s up to you though, to say what you are OK with or not. Never be afraid to go and find someone and say ''can you watch me bath the baby...'' or whatever. That''s why you are in hospital and the staff are on the ward 24hrs a day.

Is it normal to bleed after delivery?
