Can I stockpile some of my own blood before delivery?

Yes, it can theoretically be done. But it''s not advisable because (a) you would need to set aside more than your body could cope with losing comfortably in pregnancy and (b) often if you really need a blood transfusion, you need several units (bags) of blood, and other blood products which could not be manufactured from your own blood.
