I am suffering badly at the moment with cramp, particularly in my calves, Is this normal?

This is common particularly in later pregnancy. The reasons for cramp, especially of the calf, is debated. It can be to do with low calcium levels although this is unlikely in pregnancy. There is no cure, and drugs based on quinine that are normally precribed for cramps cannot be used in pregnancy.
