Why am I having nosebleeds?

Due to the increased volume of blood and changes in blood cells in your body, nosebleeds are quite common. Treat them in the usual way by applying pressure or something cold over the nose. It is very unusual for nosebleeds to be the consequence of more serious conditions such as high blood pressure or blood disorders.
