What do I do, if I think I'm in labour?

Don't panic! First babies especially, take time to arrive. Contact your midwife or hospital and tell them what's been happening. For example you may have had contractions for two hours which seem to be coming faster and are much more painful...a good sign that labour is underway. Remember to take your bag and notes to hospital with you.
