What if I'm having a homebirth and a problem arises during labour?

Try not to dwell on this too much...it may happen, but that is for the midwife to detect and sort out. She will keep you fully informed and together with her professional advice, and as a team you will jointly decide what to do. Moving you to hospital is for her to arrange so do not worry that you will have to organise this. Should this happen, the midwife will take you to hospital via ambulance, stay with you to care for you at the hospital (or call in another member of her team if she is too tired to continue) and deliver the baby with the backup of the hospital and if necessary the support of obstetricians.
