Can I use the tablets that my Doctor gave me for acne now that I have this problem in pregnancy?

Almost certainly you cannot. The most commonly prescribed anti-acne drugs are based on vitamin A and are harmful in pregnancy and must be avoided right from the start. The antibiotics that are sometimes used to treat acne (based on tetracyclines) are also not safe in pregnancy.
