Yes, quite safe. Sometimes the hormonal changes (mainly oestrogen) which affect the pregnancy can affect your skin, just like being a teenager again! These increase the skin''s grease (sebum) and sweat production. Using hypo-allergenic, non-perfumed products is probably best if your skin is sensitive.
