There are simple things which you can try to help with your symptoms. These include trying to eat something before getting out of bed; drink and eat but try to make it little and often. Eat what you would like to eat, not what you feel you have to eat. Your appetite may be affected, so choose things you actually fancy rather than things you feel are good for you. You will have plenty of stores which the pregnancy can use in the early stages, and you will often find you crave for foods which contain the particular nutrients you need or you may be lacking in. In our experience, cravings are much more commonly for innocuous substances such as bananas and tuna fish rather than the more commonly publicized household coal, or paint flakes. |
