I am a single mum and worry about going through all this on my own. Will I cope?

Firstly, to contemplate pregnancy without the person who fathered the child does not mean you have to go through it on your own. Family and friends are often only too pleased to get involved. They will be welcome at your antenatal visits and can be with you in labour. Gone are the days, thankfully, when women who were single and pregnant were frowned upon. It is very common today, and you will find the professionals happy to talk about your concerns and may be able to give you contact to groups who could also help you. If you have other people to look after as well, then there may be help forthcoming from Social Services; speak to your midwife or social worker about this.
