I''m worried all the time about silly things now that I''m pregnant. Is this normal?

Yes it is very normal. Your perspective on life changes once you become pregnant. Your hormone levels (oestrogen and progesterone) are changing rapidly and probably cause mood swings. If you suffer from the early signs and symptoms of pregnancy, you may be feeling very tired and unable to eat or sleep well which leaves you with more time on your hands to dwell on things. Much about pregnancy is unknown to you, after all this may be your first time to be pregnant and so you will have many questions and few answers at this stage. Go easy on yourself and remember there are lots of people who are trained to help you through all of this. At this stage no reaction is abnormal, but don''t bottle it up. Talk to someone: preferably a midwife or doctor.
