What's the best age for me to try for a baby?

There is no ideal age to have a baby because there are always advantages and disadvantages of getting pregnant at any age depending on your state of health, work situation and relationship. Younger women may not be psychologically and emotionally prepared for a pregnancy, whilst from a medical point of view older mothers are at greater risk of having complications such as pre-eclampsia and babies that are more prone to chromosome abnormality such as Down's syndrome.
