My vaginal discharge smells strange. Do I need to see someone, or can I use the cream the chemist gave me the last time?

Vaginal secretions generally increase in pregnancy so that a lot of mucus like white or colourless discharge is quite normal. Thrush (candidiasis) is much commoner in pregnant women, and although you may treat it, it often returns. If you have smelly discharge and it is green or yellow, there might be an infection causing it and you should go to see your Doctor.
