I have developed piles; what can I do?

This is very common at the end of pregnancy and there is little you can do. Piles are veins in your back passage that become swollen, due to the weight of the baby, and delivery is really the only cure. Try to make sure that you do not become constipated as this will only add to your discomfort, sometimes soothing creams can help and may be purchased from your chemist.
