I'm about 4 weeks pregnant just went to the bathroom and there was a light pink discharge. Should I be concerned?

It is very common to have a small amount of bleeding or pinkish discharge at the time your period would be due (ie roughly 4 weeks from your last period). This is known as an 'implantation bleed' and is unlikely to be serious.
