I have had my tubes tied and diathermised (burned). Is there any way to reverse this?

It is very unlikely that your tubes could be reconnected with tubal surgery. Unless the tubes are patent, an embryo cannot pass through on its way to your womb (uterus). We suspect that IVF is your best option if you do want another baby.
