At 34 weeks should I wake up every morning or in the middle of the night to wet panties?

Although vaginal secretions do increase, this usually causes dampness rather than wet underwear. There are two possibilities-most likely that you are leaking a little urine, which is common in late pregnancy and more likely if you have a urine infection (so you should get your urine checked), less likely that you have had a partial rupture of the membranes and you are leaking amniotic fluid. This will need an internal examination and possibly scan to rule out. We advise that you contact your midwife or doctor for these tests.
