I am 3 months pregnant. Is it safe for me to have a CT scan of my brain done?

Almost certainly yes. If you need to have a CT done for a medical reason, then you should have it done. The radiation dose is very small, and only the tiniest amount of radiation would reach your abdomen, especially as you will almost certainly be given a protective lead apron to wear over your chest and abdomen. It is highly unlikely to cause any problem with baby.
