Im 18 weeks with my first baby and have started to leak colostrum. But from one nipple, it's black and not clear. Is this normal?

Colstrum can leak from your nipples from the second trimester (14 weeks) onwards-sometimes even earlier. It is usually clear, or sometimes yellowish. Black colostrum sounds unusual (it may be some old altered blood that has collected in your breast ducts) so we suggest you contact your OBGYN to check you over.
