I have had three operations to remove fibroids (myomectomies) with the last one being last year. Can I still have a baby and when can I try?

You'll need the advice of the doctor that did the myomctomies. You should be able to have a pregnancy, but al lot depends on how large the fibroids were, were they were and how much surgery was performed. Generally, we would advise at least 12 and in some cases 18 months from the last surgery to allow the muscle of the uterus to heal properly. There is an additional question as to whether a normal delivery or Caesarean would be safer: this you must discuss with your doctors.
