Is paternity DNA testing while pregnant against the law?

The laws about this are different in different countries. In the UK, you can have DNA paternity testing in pregnancy, though you would need to find a doctor and a clinic where they would agree to do this. Testing is by way of an amniocentesis or CVS, which carry a slightly lower than 1 percent risk of miscarriage, therefore you should discuss the timing of the test-and what you would do depending on the result-with a specialist obstetrician/fetal medicine doctor.
