Is it normal to have an itchy rash around my anus that begins in the exterior of the vagina?

This could just be 'thrush' or some other fungal infection which is generally easy to treat, a bacterial infection or even genital herpes. It's impossible to know unless your doctor examines you-and probably will take a swab too.
