How can I tell if both ends of my tubes are blocked and filled with fluid?

The only way to tell for sure would be have what is called a 'lap and dye' test, which would require a general anaesthetic and a laparoscopy (telescope looking into your tummy). Ultrasound scan and hystero-salpingogram (HSG) can sometimes also help in making a diagnosis, but laparoscopy is the 'gold standard'.
