Can I have a baby after having three miscarriages?

Yes, you have a good chance (greater than 70%) of having a healthy baby. This is assuming that basic medical tests have been done and you don't have any conditions that could affect the pregnancy such as antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), uncontrolled thyroid disease or you or your partner have an unusual chromosome arrangement.
