This dilute watery discharge is called colostrum and is the first milk you produce to feed the baby. As your body prepares for the arrival of the baby sometimes milk is produced early, so leave it alone and it will settle. See it as a sign of normality and reassurance that you will be able to produce milk to feed your baby, if you are intending to breast feed.
