I am 4 months pregnant, my bump doesn't seem to be growing at all and I don't feel very pregnant. I'm worried in case it is a missed miscarriage. How can I know?

Not all women have a visible 'bump' at 16 weeks, and usually by this stage the earlier signs of pregnancy such as sickness have gone. Your midwife or doctor could reassure you by listening in to baby's heart, and/or organising an ultrasound scan for you.
